Role Description As we continue to scale, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter who brings strategic hiring expertise, executive-level recruiting experience, advanced proactive sourcing skills, and the ability to operate as a trusted partner to senior leadership. Property management experience is a plus. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can bring structure, expertise, and leadership to the recruiting function. - Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting for all types and levels of positions across our portfolio companies, from entry-level operational on-site positions to corporate and executive-level roles, including hard-to-fill and niche positions. - Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process. - Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools. - Build and maintain long-term pipelines for key and recurring roles. - Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche or competitive talent markets. - Own candidate tracking within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and clean pipelines. - Meet recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and quality of hire. Qualifications - 8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience. - Proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies. - Demonstrated success in recruiting executive-level and niche-profile roles. - Strong sourcing background with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools. - Experience advising senior stakeholders and operating as a strategic talent partner. - Experience working within ATS platforms (Workable experience is a plus). - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Ability to work EST hours consistently. - Strong attention to detail, with excellent follow-up skills.
