Role Description We're looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for our clients. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building candidate relationships, sourcing top talent, and managing searches independently while earning through a performance-based compensation model. - Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance. - Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates. - Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple industries. - Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews. - Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Maintain accurate candidate records and communication. Qualifications - Previous experience in agency or full-cycle recruiting. - Experience recruiting for professional, technical, healthcare, or behavioral health roles. - Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other recruiting methods. - Access to your own sourcing tools and recruiting resources (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job boards, ATS, resume databases, or other sourcing platforms) to independently identify and engage candidates. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously. - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
