• Direct the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Source-to-Pay systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of business systems analysts, procurement specialists, and technical professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability • Develop and execute comprehensive spend analytics programs to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier performance insights, and procurement risk mitigation strategies • Oversee the integration and management of procurement technology platforms, including ERP systems, e-procurement tools, and analytics solutions • Design and implement process improvements across sourcing, procurement, and vendor management functions to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to align procurement systems with broader business initiatives • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor procurement metrics, spend trends, and system performance • Lead vendor management initiatives, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and relationship optimization • Champion digital transformation and automation initiatives to streamline procurement workflows and enhance data visibility • Provide executive-level reporting and insights on procurement performance, cost savings, and strategic recommendations • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls

• Partner directly with the Head of LATAM on the region's highest-priority strategic initiatives — market research, competitive analysis, business cases, and financial models to support expansion into new markets, customers, and partnerships • Build and continuously improve LATAM's operating cadence: dashboards and reporting across sales, deployments, customers, recruiting, and operations, plus the documentation, processes, and playbooks that let the team scale • Drive cross-functional execution — coordinating Sales, Deployments, Engineering, Marketing, Recruiting, and Finance to move initiatives from idea to execution, unblock dependencies, and keep the team focused on what matters most • Support enterprise GTM and customer projects, including account strategy, opportunity sizing, customer discovery, ROI analysis, and executive-ready materials • Support recruiting operations and team-building across the region — interview process improvements, candidate experience, and onboarding • Rotate onto the company's most important special projects as they arise — new country launches, partnership evaluations, board materials, executive customer meetings, and any high-impact problem that needs structured thinking

• Support major product launches and strategic initiatives. • Assist with product QA and testing before releases. • Maintain and manage demo environments and demo accounts. • Create product decks and supporting materials for early client conversations. • Gather, organize, and analyze data to support business decisions across operations, growth, product, and people functions. • Work with Pasito’s data team to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking. • Prepare summaries, presentations, and supporting materials for executive meetings and strategic initiatives. • Help coordinate projects across teams by tracking timelines, action items, and stakeholder communication. • Follow up with team members to ensure deliverables stay on track and deadlines are met. • Help prepare meeting agendas, notes, and status updates. • Support the execution of company-wide initiatives and special projects. • Support the documentation, maintenance, and improvement of internal processes and workflows. • Maintain and administer internal tools and systems, ensuring they are properly configured, organized, and effectively used across teams. • Help coordinate recurring team meetings, operating rhythms, and follow-up action items. • Maintain internal documentation, knowledge bases, and project trackers to ensure information is accurate and accessible. • Assist with the administration and organization of internal tools and systems. • Assist with onboarding activities to help new hires ramp up successfully. • Work with Pasito’s event coordinator to organize internal events, team gatherings, and offsites. • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
