Your role at DynatraceThe Director, D1 Operations (AMER) is a senior leader responsible for operating and scaling a high‑impact post‑sales operations function supporting the Insights and OnDemand organization. This role owns the operating model, translates strategy into execution, and ensures post‑sales teams operate with speed, consistency, governance, and measurable outcomes. As a member of the extended D1 Operations leadership team, you will lead a team of analysts and partner closely with the Insights and OnDemand leadership team to align global strategy and priorities. You will balance strategic ownership with select hands‑on engagement on the highest‑impact initiatives. This role requires deep post‑sales operations expertise, strong cross-functional partnership, and a vision for applying automation and AI to reduce operational friction while scaling delivery excellence globally.
