• Own LATAM marketing strategy end-to-end — align with the global Growth team on brand, messaging, and campaign calendar, then localize and execute across Mexico, Brazil, and West LATAM, feeding regional insights back to shape global campaigns • Run the LATAM events engine: executive dinners, roundtables, conferences, trade shows, and partner events, from budget and logistics through pipeline attribution • Build co-marketing programs with strategic partners (HITSS, Solvento, Atrevia, Accenture) — joint events, co-branded content, and a partner marketing kit (decks, case studies, playbooks) they can run themselves • Own social and content for the region — LinkedIn presence, executive ghostwriting, and localized case studies, webinars, and collateral in Spanish and Portuguese • Build regional brand awareness through media relationships, press, speaking opportunities, and analyst visibility • Run demand gen and marketing ops — paid, email, and ABM campaigns coordinated with BDRs/AEs, plus attribution, pipeline reporting, and management of the regional budget and vendors

• Partner directly with the Head of LATAM on the region's highest-priority strategic initiatives — market research, competitive analysis, business cases, and financial models to support expansion into new markets, customers, and partnerships • Build and continuously improve LATAM's operating cadence: dashboards and reporting across sales, deployments, customers, recruiting, and operations, plus the documentation, processes, and playbooks that let the team scale • Drive cross-functional execution — coordinating Sales, Deployments, Engineering, Marketing, Recruiting, and Finance to move initiatives from idea to execution, unblock dependencies, and keep the team focused on what matters most • Support enterprise GTM and customer projects, including account strategy, opportunity sizing, customer discovery, ROI analysis, and executive-ready materials • Support recruiting operations and team-building across the region — interview process improvements, candidate experience, and onboarding • Rotate onto the company's most important special projects as they arise — new country launches, partnership evaluations, board materials, executive customer meetings, and any high-impact problem that needs structured thinking
• Build and own a repeatable system to evaluate the opportunities partners bring in — sizing demand, scoping fit, and producing clear go/no-go recommendations so we invest where it matters most • Lead opportunity assessment end-to-end: quantify deal value (volume, TCO/ROI, FTE displacement), map commercial and technical feasibility, and rank opportunities against our strategic priorities • Partner with leadership to decide which deals and accounts to prioritize and accelerate, and turn that into a clear, shared pipeline view that partners and internal teams can act on • Create the commercial and technical enablement that lets partners qualify, sell, and deploy on their own — pricing guidance, playbooks, demo assets, qualification criteria, and onboarding • Design the right structure for each partnership — roles, commercial terms, hand-offs, SLAs — and operationalize it across the different branches and teams involved • Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Deployments to prioritize accounts, sequence delivery, and make sure the deals we bet on actually move from signed to live • Own a single source of truth for partner pipeline and opportunity status, and run a regular cadence with partners and internal stakeholders to keep priorities aligned

• Provide first-line technical support. • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and system issues. • Guide customers through product setup, configuration, and best practices. • Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team while ensuring timely resolution. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions in the support system. • Create, update, and improve technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. • Identify recurring issues and suggest product improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
• Strategic Leadership and Use Case Discovery: Partner with Global and Regional C-Level executives and VPs to assess AI opportunities and prioritize the highest-impact use cases. • Scoping: Frame impact versus effort with rigor on both axes. On business value, pressure-test the realistic upside, question whether the use case as posed will actually deliver the most impact, and explore whether reframing it or pivoting to an adjacent process would unlock more. • Prototyping: Build prototypes and demos hands-on. Use our platform and AI-powered coding tools to test ideas end-to-end at light scope. • Program Management: Coordinate work across the active deployments in an account. • Prioritization: Sequence use cases within an account so each deployment compounds the next. • Customer Partnership: Be the main business-side point of contact for the account. Build trust with operational and executive stakeholders day-to-day. • Onsite Embedding: Travel onsite for kickoffs, mapping sessions, and key moments where being on the ground changes the outcome. • Product Feedback Loop: Bring field signal back to Product and Engineering.
