Job Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate environments
- Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems, with Workday knowledge preferred
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions. Prior FSP experience highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint for metrics and presentations
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills at all organizational levels
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to drive insights and decision-making
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required
- Additional language skills beneficial (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin)
- Proven track record of building relationships and influencing through collaboration
- Experience with metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and data-driven recruiting insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong project management and process improvement capabilities
- Experience representing company at recruitment events and career fairs
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements

Role Description We are searching for a Recruiter to join our growing team supporting both Field Sales Builds and Search engagements! This hybrid role blends high-volume, project-based commercial team builds with dedicated retained and contingent search assignments across our life sciences client base.
