Talent Acquisition Partner

Role Description - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles across assigned regions (Poland, Central & Eastern Europe, UK, Nordics, Turkey). - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR departments in multiple countries to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions. - Advise and support stakeholders on best practices in talent acquisition, employer branding, and market trends. - Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using a variety of channels and sourcing strategies. - Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain accurate records and reporting in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Support talent acquisition projects and initiatives at the regional and international level. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in an international or matrix organization. - Proven track record in managing recruitment processes for multiple countries or regions. - Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. - Very good command of English (both written and spoken); additional European languages are an advantage. - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with ATS and modern sourcing tools. - Cultural awareness and adaptability to work effectively with diverse teams.
