• Provide support and leadership to the branch and to individual service technicians • Provide coaching and training on commercial food equipment, procedures, and techniques as well as customer facing skillsets • Support and enforce all company policies and guidelines required by Hobart Service • Assist the District/Branch Manager in the adherence and tracking of these policies • Accountable for assisting in leading and directing their assigned branch operations • Work closely and collaborate with other Branch operation personnel (Dispatch, Parts, Administration) to achieve the highest level of Customer Satisfaction
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; OR 1-3 Years of relevant experience with a degree of higher learning such as an Associates/Bachelors Degree;
- Previous management experience is required.
- Knowledge of an Annual Operating Plan/Long Range Plan
- Experience managing a Profit & Loss statement, cost control, inventory management, customer facing metric management (KPI, etc.)
- Service/product knowledge for commercial food equipment
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and understand safety guidelines of the business.
- Must be dependable, have good attendance, be punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate orally with individuals from within and outside the organization.
- Demonstrates crisis/conflict resolution skills.

Role Description Rattaché(e) à la direction de l’ingénierie, vous êtes responsable du pilotage des activités de sécurité industrielle (conception HSE et risques industriels). Vous intervenez à la fois comme référent technique, manager d’équipe et acteur du développement commercial. En tant que Responsable de l’activité Sécurité Industrielle, vos principales missions seront les suivantes : - Activités opérationnelles : - Définir et veiller au respect de la philosophie de sécurité industrielle et HSE des projets (ICPE, SEVESO, code du travail, normes et directives applicables). - Superviser et/ou réaliser des études de : - Sécurité des procédés : zonage ATEX, détection Feu & Gaz, protection incendie active et passive, dimensionnement des réseaux incendie. - Analyses de risques : APR, HAZID, HAZOP, AMDEC. - Études réglementaires : études de dangers, études d’impact, simulations de scénarios d’accidents, DDAE. - Études SIL : détermination des SIF, niveaux de SIL, calculs et justification (QUALI’SIL ou équivalent). - Garantir la qualité technique, la cohérence des livrables et le respect des exigences réglementaires et contractuelles. - Management : - Encadrer, animer et faire monter en compétences une équipe d’ingénieurs. - Entretenir, développer le réseau de sous-traitants et superviser leurs prestations. - Planifier les charges, affecter les ressources et suivre les délais, coûts et budgets des activités. - Développer et capitaliser le retour d’expérience, méthodes et outils métier. - Organiser la veille de la réglementation applicable aux installations industrielles. - Relation client : - Contribuer au développement commercial : participation aux présentations Clients, réponses à appels d’offres, chiffrages, soutenances techniques. - Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients sur les sujets de sécurité industrielle. - Identifier de nouvelles opportunités et accompagner l’évolution de l’offre. • Provide input and assist in developing reimbursement materials and tools for customers (Physicians, Coding Staff, Administrators, etc.) and the field sales team. • Identify educational needs of priority accounts and use approved Medtronic tools to deliver relevant training and education on coding, billing, and reimbursement. • Develop a monthly report of provider activities, including regional trends and developments, to support quarterly updates to Senior Leadership. • Develop and implement reimbursement strategies and tactics aligned with Sales leadership to minimize or remove coding, coverage, and payment barriers for Medtronic products and therapies. • Serve as the primary field-based expert for reimbursement, coding, and coverage. • Educate administrators, billing managers, and healthcare providers on the correct use of HCPCS, CPT, ICD-10 codes, modifiers, and documentation requirements. • Support customers in navigating Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer coverage policies and prior-authorization requirements. • Provide one-on-one and group training on prior authorization, claim submission, appeals, and payment processes. • Identify, triage, and resolve access barriers in collaboration with internal reimbursement support teams. • Identify key issues and trends with commercial and government payers; determine and implement appropriate solutions. • Conduct webinars for new and existing customers (frequency based on customer need) and track/report attendance. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Compliance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and compliance. • Deliver in-person and virtual reimbursement workshops and policy update sessions.
