Marketing Events Coordinator
SureCost
• Own end-to-end planning and execution of all SureCost events including tradeshows, webinars and the annual user conference; serve as the primary day-to-day contact with our events management company. • Manage tradeshow logistics with the help of our Event Logistics Company (booth, shipping, staffing, materials and lead capture) and webinar execution (platform setup, speakers, registration, run-of-show and follow-up). • Maintain detailed event project plans, timelines and budgets; coordinate promotional materials with our third party events contractors and graphic designer to ensure on-brand delivery. • Partner with the Marketing Manager to integrate events into the broader campaign calendar; coordinate pre-event promotion across email and social and manage post-event lead workflows in HubSpot with Marketing Operations. • Track and report on event performance metrics (registrations, attendance and leads generated) and bring recommendations to the Marketing Manager. • Coordinate with the BDR Manager ahead of events to align on target accounts and outreach strategies; ensure the BDR team has timely lead data and campaign context after each event.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination or event marketing preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Experience managing multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Familiar with webinar and event platforms (e.g., Cvent or similar) and HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
- Comfortable using Monday.com and Slack; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for tradeshows and the annual user conference.
