Job Requirements

  • Entre 2 y 4 años de experiencia en investigación y prevención de fraude o gestión de riesgos.
  • Sólidas habilidades de investigación, documentación y comunicación para reportar hallazgos y coordinar cambios con equipos de Operaciones y Tecnología.
  • Experiencia en análisis de datos utilizando SQL avanzado y, de preferencia, Python , apoyándose en herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Capacidad de aprendizaje autónomo y habilidad para desenvolverse en entornos dinámicos y de rápido crecimiento.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio, suficiente para leer documentación técnica y dar seguimiento a tickets con proveedores.
  • Conocimiento del comportamiento del consumidor, fuentes alternativas de datos y plataformas de crédito digital.
