Associate Director of Product Classification

• Own operational leadership and accountability for the Product Classification organization • Build and own metrics framework for classification accuracy, throughput, and quality • Establish performance standards, SLAs, and escalation paths across the teams • Run operating cadence that surfaces issues early and drives improvement • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing classification team • Hire and onboard Data Classification Analysts • Create onboarding programs and training curricula • Build and maintain a culture of operational excellence • Foster a team culture where accuracy is non-negotiable • Maintain cross-functional relationships with Engineering, Insights, and Data • Leverage AI to improve classification systems and identify opportunities for automation

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data operations, category mapping, or consulting, with at least 4+ years leading teams of 10+
  • 2+ years of experience working with SQL, Python, PySpark, or other programming languages to explore and transform large, complex datasets; Familiarity with GitHub and Databricks
  • Operational excellence mindset — build systems, metrics, and processes that scale
  • Proven track record of hiring great talent, building training programs, and developing leaders within your team
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts, both orally and in writing

The Commercial Global Capability Owner, Payer and Patient Data Management, focuses on hands-on capability execution and delivery of data capabilities that support payer-related decisions (e.g. market access, contracting, pricing) and secure patient data management for compliant engagement and analytics use cases. This role is accountable for driving capability execution while shaping strategic direction within the payer and patient data domains, ensuring solutions scale, meet regulatory requirements, and deliver business value. The Product Manager will be the end-to-end owner of assigned OX Engineered Products, responsible for maximizing the product line's revenue, profitability, and market share. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical understanding of building science/construction, and commercial acumen to translate market needs into product requirements and successful launches. You will serve as the primary liaison between sales, marketing, R&D, operations, and executive leadership. This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing and Customer Operations.
