Accounts Payable Manager
RAYUS Radiology
RAYUS Radiology is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and leading the Accounts Payable team, providing oversight of the day-to-day operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of all Accounts Payable responsibilities. Manage weekly vendor payment processes and accounts payable month-end close process Manage resources to meet deadlines and customer needs in an efficient and cost-effective manner Oversee administration of Great Plains payables module and Coupa software Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies Develop, maintain, and document internal policies, procedures and practices Manage Company purchasing card compliance reporting process Participate in monthly accounting steering committee meetings and lead process design changes and training that arise from upgrading or converting to new software Develop, mentor, and supervise the accounts payable team Define job responsibilities and set department priorities Oversee and participate in team member development, performance evaluations, compensation, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions and/or terminations when necessary Oversee and assist in the hiring and training of new team members Develop, implement and present training sessions for new and existing team members Complete other duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Associate degree in accounting, finance or related field, or the equivalent in relevant and applicable experience
- Seven (7) years' progressive accounts payable experience
- Four (4) years' experience supervising or managing direct reports
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, especially with Excel (Others include Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related relevant and applicable field (preferred)
- Coupa software experience (preferred)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience (preferred)
