Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to support business research, content management, data analysis, and project coordination activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, managing research-related initiatives, and delivering accurate, actionable insights to stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Conduct research and analysis to support business initiatives and strategic projects - Gather, organize, validate, and maintain large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity - Develop reports, presentations, dashboards, and research summaries for stakeholders - Support content management activities, including data tracking, documentation, and information organization - Coordinate and manage assigned projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met - Analyze trends, identify insights, and provide recommendations based on research findings - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business questions and research requirements - Maintain process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives - Present findings and key observations in a clear and concise manner to business partners - Ensure compliance with established quality standards and operational procedures - Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives.
