Northeast Regional Marketing & Growth Manager

Apex Companies

• Lead and coordinate the Northeast Division’s marketing, business development support, growth programs, association strategy, and pursuit management activities. • Coordinate Northeast growth initiatives and annual growth planning activities. • Facilitate monthly growth meetings with divisional leadership, track, report, and implement divisional growth strategies. • Maintain visibility into key opportunities, initiatives, and action items. • Support pursuit planning, kickoff activities, proposal development coordination, schedules, responsibilities, and deadlines. • Maintain HubSpot data quality and opportunity tracking. • Monitor pipeline trends and provide regular growth, pipeline, and sales reporting to divisional leadership. • Strategize and manage association memberships, sponsorships, budgets, conference attendance plans, abstract submissions, and volunteer opportunities. • Lead planning and execution of annual client workshops, seminars, outreach campaigns, event promotion, technical presentations, and industry visibility initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Seven or more years of experience in AEC marketing, proposal management, pursuit coordination, business development support, CRM administration, and/or growth program management.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred.
  • Valid drivers license with good driving history.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred experience in engineering consulting, environmental consulting, infrastructure, transportation, water, wastewater, and/or municipal markets.
  • Familiarity with organizations such as ACEC, APWA, NEWEA, NEWWA, AWWA, and MMA.
