Job Description

Supply Chain Operations Manager

Trulieve

• Lead, develop, and manage Supply Chain Operations and Inventory Control teams across multiple sites. • Establish performance metrics (KPIs) and accountability standards to ensure operational excellence. • Coach and mentor team members to drive high performance and continuous improvement. • Serve as the escalation point for complex inventory, production, and ERP-related issues. • Own ERP data integrity, governance, and compliance across all operational facilities. • Develop and standardize ERP processes to ensure consistency across sites. • Monitor and audit daily ERP transactions including production confirmations, material movements, batch records, and inventory adjustments. • Oversee and report production order lifecycle management to ensure timely confirmation, accurate consumption, labor capture, and cost allocation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field preferred (experience may substitute for degree).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
  • 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
  • Strong ERP experience required (SAP strongly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of production planning, inventory control, material management, and cost accounting principles.
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required).
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
