Role Description Are you ready to turn cutting-edge AI research into real-world impact across an entire organisation? Bdeo is an AI-powered visual intelligence company serving the insurance industry across 28 countries and 70+ clients. We build and productise AI agents that automate key steps in motor and property claims — from FNOL triage to damage assessment and cost estimation. Our tech stack is modern and we move fast: our engineering and data teams work with Cursor, every employee has access to Claude and Gemini, and we already run automated AI workflows via n8n across departments. The CDO and CTO currently lead all internal AI adoption efforts — identifying use cases, prototyping automations, and training colleagues — but we've outgrown the bandwidth that allows. We're looking for a hands-on AI Productivity Specialist for a project-based collaboration: - Map where generative AI can genuinely save time or improve quality across every department, and then make it happen. - This is a doing role, not just an advisory one. - Work closely with each team, prototype quickly, validate ideas with leadership, ship automations, and leave clear documentation and training behind. - The collaboration will be structured around milestones and deliverables agreed at the start of the project, with full autonomy over how, when, and with which methodology you organise your work. What you'll do: - Work closely with teams across Engineering, Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to understand day-to-day workflows and pain points. - Identify high-impact generative AI use cases — from prompt-augmented workflows to fully automated pipelines. - Validate opportunities with the CDO and CTO before building. - Build and deploy automations using our existing stack: Claude, Cursor, Gemini, n8n, and any other tools that fit. - Help teams get more out of Claude and Gemini — we've recently expanded access and need structured onboarding and best practices. - Write clear, maintainable documentation for everything you ship. - Participate in defining and implementing an SDLC that is fully focused on using AI tools to automate the development workflow. - Run focused training sessions so each team can operate and iterate on their own tools. - Keep an eye on security and data-handling best practices throughout — we're a B2B SaaS company with enterprise clients and GDPR obligations. Expected deliverables: - Initial diagnosis: workflow map and prioritised list of AI opportunities across departments. - An agreed set of automations and AI-powered processes shipped and adopted by teams. - Documentation and playbooks for everything delivered. - Training sessions and enablement materials per team. - A roadmap for further AI adoption beyond the initial project scope. Qualifications - Solid hands-on experience applying LLMs and generative AI tools to real business problems. - Strong analytical mindset — able to quickly understand a team's current workflow and pinpoint concrete points where AI can add value. - Excellent communicator: you can translate technical possibilities into concrete business value and land practical solutions for non-technical colleagues. - Proven experience building AI-powered skills, agents, or systems using Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), or OpenAI (ChatGPT) products. - Self-directed: you're used to defining your own scope, managing your time, and delivering without heavy oversight. - Security-conscious mindset: you think about data flows, prompt injection, and access controls by default. - Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Requirements - Comfortable with workflow automation platforms (n8n or similar). - Experience with Claude (Anthropic) or Gemini specifically. - Able to write code (Python preferred) to glue things together when no-code doesn't cut it. - Familiarity with connectors or MCPs for Atlassian, GitLab, Slack, Figma, Salesforce, Google Suite, AWS… - Background in a startup or scale-up environment. - Experience running your own consulting/freelance practice and delivering project-based work. - Spanish — not required, but helpful given most of the team is Madrid-based. Benefits - Direct access to and collaboration with CDO and CTO, fast decisions, no big bureaucracy. - A genuinely AI-forward environment: Cursor for dev, Claude + Gemini for everyone, n8n for automation. - Compensation structured around project milestones and deliverables, to be agreed based on your proposal and experience. - Full autonomy over your schedule, methodology, and tools. - The chance to leave a measurable productivity footprint across an entire organisation.
