• Work strategically with the leader & sales to create a strategic marketing plan for the year that aligns corporate strategies and regional needs • Proactively developing ideas and plans, securing stakeholder approval prior to execution • Creating, maintaining, and executing a rolling 6+ months marketing plan • Crafting campaigns based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) & Personas with a customer-centric approach • Customise and roll out global campaigns to suit regional market dynamics and customer needs • Designing programs focused on "Metrics that Matter" and tracking performance accordingly • Cultivating and maintaining strong long-term relationships with key partners • Collaborating with partners to design joint marketing initiatives • Continuously monitoring pipeline and bookings • Establishing and maintaining constructive relationships with stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated five years’ experience in B2B marketing within the software industry
- Exhibit exceptional business acumen with the capability to convert business goals into impactful marketing strategies
- Possess the ability to champion contemporary marketing methodologies such as Account Based Experience (ABX), Precision Demand Marketing (PDM)
- Prioritize the needs and experiences of customers
- In-depth understanding of the partner ecosystem and capability to activate it
- Previous experience in Partner/Channel Marketing across APAC
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrated experience interacting with teams such as SDR/BDR Teams, product marketing, enablement, and partner sales and leadership
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, reporting, and insights
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple projects cross-functionally
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce, marketing automation tools and webinar platforms
- Willingness to travel as needed.
