• Develop and maintain reporting & dashboards measuring the performance of the GTM organisation. • Own the process end to end - gathering requirements from stakeholders across the company, interpreting what they really need and delivering reporting they can use to drive their business. • Focus areas include bookings, pipeline health, conversion rates, activity and productivity. • Analyse complex data from across the company to surface patterns, trends & risks and present clear, actionable insights to GTM leaders. • Go beyond reporting to help drive change across the revenue organisation. • Share AI knowledge and best practice across the internal community. • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner and Finance on shared projects and be the trusted provider of data and analysis to these teams.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts within a defined vertical, balancing existing customer relationships and greenfield opportunities. • Prospect across a broad range of accounts using various lead generation techniques to uncover new business and build a robust pipeline. • Establish trust and credibility with prospective and existing clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges and industry trends. • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify pain points, challenges, and objectives for both new and existing accounts. • Articulate Flexera’s solutions to address the unique needs of each client, demonstrating a commitment to solving their specific challenges. • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging MEDDPIC or similar sales methodologies to navigate account dynamics. • Collaborate with Pre-sales, Channel, and Alliance teams to develop and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations. • Accurately forecast opportunities and deliver against sales targets. • Address customer objections and concerns, providing solutions and building trust. • Navigate and overcome barriers related to migration, cost, security, and performance to drive successful outcomes. • Negotiate favorable pricing and contractual agreements that align with Flexera and client expectations.

Role Description As the engineering manager for two platform UI engineering teams within Platform Engineering, you will be a leader that drives UI strategy and roadmap deliveries across the UI environment of our application that solves real and challenging industry problems for our customers. As an Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for the workload management, wellbeing, and professional growth of the engineers on your teams. You’ll help foster an open and collaborative environment and support systems to help your teams succeed. You will be leading two platform UI engineering teams within Platform Engineering, which is at the heart of the UI architecture and build of the front-end systems powering our platforms. You will be working in cross-product group collaborations, working closely with the UX Design team and product managers, and supporting our engineering teams to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. - Manage team workload, feature roadmap resourcing & coordination in a fast-paced, highly distributed environment. - Maintain visibility into the product roadmap objectives and share that information back to other managers and team members. - Participate in team activities, such as roadmap planning, to prioritize features on the roadmap based on availability of humans to do the work and business objectives that need to be met. - Support wellbeing of team members - providing support & guidance focused primarily on resourcing, technical progression, and soft skills. - Gather feedback from others, provide coaching weekly & in collaboration with senior/staff engineers to advance team member skill sets. - Recruitment - leading and coordinating recruitment process from initial contact to offer. - Manage engineering tooling budget and renewals with procurement and finance teams. - Support mentorship on technical upskilling and training UI engineers’ career paths. - Have fun solving difficult problems and managing high priorities across a broad range of customer requests. • Lead end-to-end billing operations focusing on consumption-based billing • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all billing activities • Manage consumption-based billing processes including both Direct and Marketplace models • Perform reconciliations between Marketplace billing data and NetSuite outputs • Drive continuous improvement in billing workflows • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in NetSuite • Partnership with FP&A / GTM Ops for forecasting, accruals, and revenue visibility
