Role Description The MyVetStoreOnline Engagement Associate is responsible for providing first-tier support to current users via phone, email, forms, and chat. This position is responsible for updating and maintaining MyVetStoreOnline account data, as well as collaborating with Sales Representatives to achieve success on the online store. The Engagement Associate will improve retention by strengthening the relationship between the veterinary practice and MyVetStoreOnline. This position will be a team expert for retention of, and engagement with, MyVetStoreOnline users to support the MyVetStoreOnline Accounts team and across all departments. Essential Job Functions - Provide first-tier support to current users via phone, email, forms, and chat, including updating account data, processing requests, and providing resolutions. - Complete the Post-Launch Engagement call cycle for newly launched online stores. - Conduct training sessions and platform demonstrations for veterinary practices. - Document, effectively communicate, and collaborate with the MyVetStoreOnline team to resolve system errors, user problems, and clinic feature requests. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. - High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. - Minimum of one year of customer service or veterinary practice experience required. - Experience with sales retention desirable. - Experience with Windows operating system. - Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Ability to read, write and speak English. - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, employment policies, operating instructions, and procedural manuals. - Solid customer service skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn new software. - Focus on continuous learning. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. - Ability to type 40+ WPM. - Ability to work with corporate office to achieve mutual goals. - Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Mental & Physical Demands - Attention to detail to assure accuracy. - Regular interaction with people. - Daily deadlines may result in a fast pace of work and stress related to a typical customer service problem resolution process. - Continuous use of hands for writing and use of computer keyboard, working with a relevant volume of data to include alpha and numeric detail. - Continuous use of a computer monitor requiring close and color vision. - Frequent use of a telephone – listening and speaking. - Ability to work at a desk throughout the day. - Ability to occasionally lift boxes weighing up to 35 pounds. Equipment Used - Regularly uses typical office equipment including computer keyboard and terminal, telephone, fax, and copier. Work Environment Work is typically performed in an office environment Monday through Friday with the core hours of 8:00am-5:00pm CST. Working more than 40 hours per work week may be required. This position is fully remote. • Serves as the engineering project leader for programs developing Avionics products, including oversight of hardware, software, and firmware scope to ensure program commitments are met • Serves as engineering project leader, providing project management and technical direction during all program phases including pursuit, bidding, planning, execution, and sustainment • Ensures compliance with program and product requirements as reflected in design plans • Oversee and manage engineering Risks and Opportunities across the program • Demonstrates technical expertise in processing platforms and the associated technologies • Supports development and transition of products into a manufacturing environment • Supports employment of cost reduction strategies to maximize DTC+ impacts on products
• Responsible for the Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost related to the refueling project • Effectively communicate & oversee with customers, contractors, Radiation Protection, site Outage Management, Reactor Engineering, Operations • Knowledge with SAP for financial accountability and administrative tasks required for the project • Working knowledge of the Primavera scheduling tool to support customer schedule reviews • Maintain procedures, work orders, processes, plans, briefs • Complete the Westinghouse RFPM training or WPMR / EPMO training which is required to be a PM for Westinghouse • Support a PWR refueling outage from project initiation to closeout • Have knowledge and training to support human performance, fatigue rule, ALARA, lessons learned, best practices, operating experiences
