Principal Field Specialist

Westinghouse Electric Company

• Responsible for the Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost related to the refueling project • Effectively communicate & oversee with customers, contractors, Radiation Protection, site Outage Management, Reactor Engineering, Operations • Knowledge with SAP for financial accountability and administrative tasks required for the project • Working knowledge of the Primavera scheduling tool to support customer schedule reviews • Maintain procedures, work orders, processes, plans, briefs • Complete the Westinghouse RFPM training or WPMR / EPMO training which is required to be a PM for Westinghouse • Support a PWR refueling outage from project initiation to closeout • Have knowledge and training to support human performance, fatigue rule, ALARA, lessons learned, best practices, operating experiences

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience
  • BS Degree, equivalent industry experience or Naval Nuclear education, program experience and leadership
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
  • Project Management; Nuclear Plant Work Experience
