Role Description The Senior Marketing Manager is a pivotal leader responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives across assigned business units within the multi-species portfolio. This individual will forge and nurture impactful partnerships, strengthen brand visibility, and deliver exceptional marketing campaign execution. Success in this role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and the marketing team to ensure full alignment with business goals and brand standards. This role is fully remote and eligible candidates will live in the following states: - Alabama - California - Florida - Georgia - Illinois - Indiana - Iowa - Kentucky - Louisiana - Maryland - Massachusetts - Michigan - Minnesota - Missouri - Nebraska - Nevada - New Hampshire - New Jersey - New Mexico - New York - North Carolina - Ohio - Pennsylvania - South Carolina - Tennessee - Texas - Virginia - Wisconsin Job Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with assigned business partners to drive market share expansion and lead joint business initiatives. - Lead strategic planning efforts that align with the distinct objectives for each species, ensuring all initiatives meet business goals and uphold brand standards. - Collaborate with key internal teams, including sales, training, partnerships, management, logistics, and purchasing, to ensure cohesive service delivery and brand consistency. - Work closely with Marketing Specialists and Managers to guide creative strategies for each species, fostering professional development, providing mentorship, and ensuring creative excellence. - Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute a compelling vision for national trade shows, ensuring consistent and impactful brand representation across all species. - Drive the division’s advertising strategy, overseeing sales opportunities that support revenue growth and align with brand identity. - Lead innovative initiatives to continuously elevate brand awareness and market positioning. - Perform other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: - Overseeing the Multi-Species Marketing Specialist content management assignments, providing feedback, guidance, and effective execution of marketing projects. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. - Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in a multi-brand or portfolio environment in the Animal Health industry. - Minimum of 3-4 years of direct management experience with at least 1 direct report. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in and support cross-functional collaboration. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain strong attention to detail. - Deep understanding of marketing strategies, campaign development, and content creation. - Ability to interpret data and apply insights to guide strategic and tactical decisions. - Ability to read, write and speak English. - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, employment policies, operating instructions, and procedural manuals. - Basic computer skills with the ability to operate a Windows-based computer and perform data entry independently. Role Description Midwest Veterinary Supply is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our Florida region. This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate must live in Florida or be willing to relocate. - Provide the best customer service possible in a positive and professional manner by being the first point of contact for the respective sales team. - Assist individual outside sales reps with goal attainment, including: - Targeting clinics - Holding meetings - Event planning - Account management - Develop the outside sales team through training at quarterly sales meetings and National sales meetings. - Ride with each outside sales rep on their route at least twice annually. - Document and track performance, providing specific details for areas of needed improvement. - Coordinate with Call Center Manager to foster teamwork. - Communicate with other Regional Sales Managers, Outside Sales Manager, and corporate office as necessary. - Foster working relationships with vendor management and representatives in the region to develop and implement action plans. - Oversee employee evaluations and facilitate efforts for employee development. - Coordinate with Human Resources on employee matters such as: - Problem resolution - Recruitment - Disciplinary action - Invest in continuing self-education while expanding personal skill sets. - Keep aware of competitive movement in the marketplace and communicate initiatives to the sales force. - Perform one-on-one coaching on a monthly basis with sales reps reviewing: - Performance - Progress on territory plan - Previous coaching directives - Corporate directives Qualifications - Must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. - High school diploma or equivalency is required. - College diploma or equivalency is required. - A minimum of two years' experience within the veterinary industry is preferred. - A minimum of one year of experience as a manager is preferred. - Ability to read, write, and speak English. - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, employment policies, operating instructions, and procedural manuals. - Superior listening and verbal communication skills including the ability to demonstrate diplomacy and professional sales techniques. - Ability to work accurately with highly detailed information. - Basic computer skills to include data entry. - Must be self-motivated, hardworking, and have Microsoft Office skills. - Must have a valid driver’s license and working vehicle. - Strong organizational skills. Role Description Midwest Veterinary Supply is looking for an Outside Sales Representative for our San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland territory. Maintain and grow sales of veterinary supplies to veterinary clinics, universities, and research facilities in a set geographic area. Share information with Inside Sales Representatives to maximize sales. This is a remote position that requires travel. Essential Job Functions: - Make sales calls to veterinary clinics, universities, and research facilities. - Sell veterinary products and provide market information to clinics. - Assist in growth of businesses through education and marketing opportunities. - Work with inside sales to maximize sales. - Plan calls in advance including: - Monthly organization of detail bag - Distribution of literature packets - Analysis of sales calls for each clinic - Sending out advance notice cards - Staying current with sales promotions, new products, email, mail, and industry trends - Establish and maintain working relationships with vendor representatives in assigned geographic area. - Attend educational meetings which include: - Vendor-sponsored veterinary meetings - Industry trade shows - Regional and national Midwest Veterinary Supply meetings - Vendor educational training including conference calls and Webex training - Respond to all management or MVS management approved vendor requests for territory including: - Surveys - Updated outlook calendar shared with the respective manager and ISR team - Territory analysis - Manage and submit expense account to corporate within a two week time frame. - Territory reporting as requested. - Perform other duties as assigned.
