Construction Content Data Quality Analyst

Dodge Construction Network

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of Dodge Content’s project reporting data • Conduct routine audits of project records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established data standards • Review sampled Dodge Reports to ensure data reflected on report aligns with the data available • Perform verification calls & emails with architects, contractors, and other project participants to confirm key project details • Analyze audit results to identify data gaps, recurring errors, and opportunities for process improvement • Provide timely feedback to Data Stewards and managers regarding audit outcomes and corrective actions • Maintain detailed documentation of audit findings and contribute to data quality scorecards • Collaborate with the Data Quality Management team to refine audit criteria and improve data governance frameworks • Support process calibration and QA initiatives to drive consistent performance across the Content organization

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data quality auditing, content QA, research verification, or operational data validation, preferably in construction, media, research, or SaaS environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills and comfort with professional phone verification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data review tools
  • Knowledge of construction industry data or content workflows a plus
  • Comfort conducting outbound verification calls with industry professionals (architects, engineers, contractors)

This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable business insights that drive decision-making across Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and Executive Leadership. - Own the Supply Chain Data Warehouse, analytics platforms, KPI development, and reporting infrastructure. - Proactively identify opportunities related to cost reduction, inventory optimization, productivity, supplier performance, working capital, and supply chain risk. - Combine technical data expertise with strong business acumen to uncover trends, solve complex problems, and support strategic initiatives.
