Role Description The Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager will lead the development, and strategic utilization of Winchester's data and analytics environment. This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable business insights that drive decision-making across Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and Executive Leadership. - Own the Supply Chain Data Warehouse, analytics platforms, KPI development, and reporting infrastructure. - Proactively identify opportunities related to cost reduction, inventory optimization, productivity, supplier performance, working capital, and supply chain risk. - Combine technical data expertise with strong business acumen to uncover trends, solve complex problems, and support strategic initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. - 5-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, supply chain analytics, or related disciplines. - Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets. - Experience with Google BigQuery, Looker, Google Sheets, and modern analytics platforms. - Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, inventory, or financial processes. - Experience performing data mining, exploratory analysis, and root cause investigations. - Ability to develop business cases and communicate recommendations to senior leadership. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments. - Experience with ERP systems including SAP, Epicor, QAD, Syspro, Syteline, Dynamics, or similar platforms. - Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, or AI-enabled analytics tools. - Experience supporting supply chain transformation, digitalization, or data warehouse initiatives. Requirements - Data & Analytics Leadership: Lead the development, governance, and scaling of the supply chain data warehouse, pipelines, and SQL-driven data models. - Integrity & Migrations: Ensure data accuracy across analytical systems while supporting ERP integrations, migrations, and master data initiatives. - Advanced Data Discovery: Mine and analyze large, cross-functional datasets across supply chain, inventory, and finance to uncover operational risks. - Predictive Insights: Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics alongside executive dashboards to drive strategic decision-making. - KPI Standardization: Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT leaders to define, standardize, and track key business performance metrics. - Strategic Optimization: Model scenarios for inventory optimization, working capital, productivity improvements, and supplier performance. - Resiliency & Visibility: Enhance supply chain traceability and operational efficiency through rigorous data analysis and executive reporting. - Decision Support: Translate complex structures into actionable recommendations and self-service BI tools to enable cross-functional stakeholders. Benefits - Pay range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 (DOE) per year, plus incentive compensation. - Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors considered relevant to the hiring decision.
