Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM field

- Plasma tool (dep or etch) experience

Role Description Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join the Data Center, Power, and Control Team. This remote position reports to Farmingdale, NY. - Responsible for performing field service installations and repairs. - Support all installation operations. - Diagnose and problem solve issues that arise on site. - Coordinate with the engineering and customer service functions to satisfy customer needs. Field Service Technician

• Installs, troubleshoots, and provides technical maintenance for hardware and software products and components, primarily at customer locations. • Performs scheduled inspections, cleanings, and other services, and carries out minor product repairs within an assigned territory. • Inspects products to ensure proper operation and resolves identified issues and/or escalates them according to established procedures. • Schedules service calls, completes all required documentation, and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.
