• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Sherweb’s solutions according to our customers’ needs and objectives • Provide training on our products and platform, along with onboarding and sales support to both new and existing customers • Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for Sherweb to continuously improve their products and services offerings • Provide pre- and post-sales support • Play a vital role in customer satisfaction by offering best-in-class, efficient and professional solutions • A strong focus on first contact resolution and problem solving in a timely manner • Handling and taking ownership of internal requests and processes, on behalf of our customers • Proactively support sales initiatives through outbound campaigns, client follow-ups, and targeted outreach to help identify needs and growth opportunities

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of customer-facing experience
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
