• Drive data-informed decisions and manage large-scale national account partnerships. • Analyze national account performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. • Develop, maintain, and present dashboards and data reports for stakeholders. • Lead analytical support and performance tracking of corporate accounts. • Support high-value partners and measure the success of customer campaigns. • Own and streamline the RFP process, integrating historical data and forecasting. • Manage and maintain a dynamic pipeline using CRM platforms. • Provide data-backed insights during quarterly business reviews and sales meetings. • Strategically manage national accounts using performance analytics.
• Build and scale a modern, data-driven marketing engine at Betco. • Own demand generation, digital strategy, content execution, and marketing performance. • Lead the transformation of branding and digital capabilities into a high-performing growth function. • Partner with Sales and Product Management to align marketing strategies with revenue objectives. • Establish a scalable content and demand engine that drives engagement, pipeline, and brand strength.
• Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Sales, is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide growth initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, and accelerating revenue performance. • This role blends strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership to unlock sustainable growth across products, channels, and customer segments. • Develop and lead the company’s long-term growth strategy aligned with organizational goals. • Identify and prioritize new revenue streams, market expansions, and business opportunities. • Drive top-line revenue growth through innovative go-to-market strategies. • Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and growth metrics to track performance. • Champion customer-centric growth initiatives across the organization. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align growth initiatives. • Foster a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and execute strategic and tactical service for Betco’s Laundry and Warewash business • Provide technical support for Laundry and Warewash equipment • Conduct product and technical training for internal and external teams • Achieve annual revenue plans and support sales execution
