• Analyze contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and initiate cost optimization. • Verifying payments in the internal payment system against contracts and internal policies. • Oversee and facilitate the process of competitive bidding. • Maintain strong, professional relationships with Miratech’s strategic vendors. • Maintain a procurement competence centre to support best practices and knowledge sharing. • Support continuous improvement in procurement processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with company standards. • Perform other duties as may be required, consistent with the purpose of this role.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in controlling, finance, procurement compliance, or other roles involving contract management and internal procedures.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail when reviewing contracts, payments, and related documentation.
- Results-oriented and confident, with a diplomatic communication style when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in multinational and cross-border environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
