Job Requirements
- 4 year degree from an accredited university resulting in a BA/BS degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sales within hospital or academic settings.
- Demonstrated experience engaging in grand rounds, tumor boards, P&T committees, and multidisciplinary clinical presentations.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology sales strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. reimbursement landscape and healthcare sales processes.
- Skilled in developing and executing sales operating plans aligned with corporate goals.
- Experienced in project management, including budgeting, contracting, and timeline management.
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex clinical or technical information.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven team player.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically.
