Job Requirements
- JD Required
- 2-4 years of experience at a top law firm or in-house platform, with meaningful exposure to commercial contracts and vendor agreements
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to operate in a stressful, deadline driven environment
- Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship or transfer
