Job Description

Marketing Manager

Coverflex

• Your role will play a major role in our success because Coverflex is still building its presence in Spain and needs someone who can own the full marketing engine — campaigns, SEO, content, events, social, and PR — while the Head of Marketing focuses on cross-market strategy. • You'll know you're successful when, after 90 days, you've delivered the Q3–Q4 2026 marketing calendar on track (events, campaigns, content, SEO, social). • Established a consistent SEO and content output pipeline with monthly targets hit. • Grown qualified inbound from Spain (MQLs) vs. the prior period. • Launched at least one PR or brand activation with measurable reach.

Job Requirements

  • You've owned a full marketing workstream — campaigns, SEO, events, content, social, PR — and can walk through how you planned, executed, and measured it end to end.
  • You write and edit fluently in both Spanish and English: you can draft copy, review a landing page, and present in front of an audience in either language without switching modes.
  • You've managed or mentored at least one junior team member and know how to give direction without micromanaging.
  • You've navigated a CMS (Webflow or equivalent) and published or updated content without always needing a developer.
  • You have at least 5 years in marketing management roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • You can operate with high autonomy — you make decisions, move forward, and flag what matters without waiting to be told.

Benefits

  • Health Insurance plans, with the option to add family members and update conditions (*depending on country).
  • 25 day paid vacation days + 3 caring days per year to work on side projects that support causes with a positive impact on our society.
  • 2 additional paid weeks on top of the legal maximum Parental Leave.
  • Your birthday + kids’ birthday off.
  • A MacBook and a €500 onboarding budget to help you set up an effective workstation during your first months.
  • A €2,000 yearly budget to invest in your professional development, work tools, equipment, and remote work enablement.
  • Competitive and flexible compensation, including our own Coverflex card and stock options to really own our success.
