Product Manager, Partners & Distribution

• Own and develop internal platforms and tools for operational teams. • Analyze user journeys and identify opportunities to improve operational processes. • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and validate product hypotheses with internal users. • Define product requirements, prioritize the backlog, and drive roadmap execution. • Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to deliver impactful product improvements. • Launch pilot initiatives, measure results, and scale successful solutions across the organization. • Measure the impact of product changes on operational efficiency and team productivity. • Contribute to the development of key internal products, including Agent App, workforce planning solutions, and other operational platforms.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience developing internal products, platforms, or employee-facing tools (Internal Products / Internal Platforms).
  • Experience owning products throughout the full product lifecycle—from problem discovery and requirements definition to launch, adoption, and scaling.
  • Experience working closely with operations, distributed teams, or field teams.
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking, with the ability to make data-informed product decisions.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher, with confidence communicating in an international environment.
