• Support and administration of a high-load database (approximately 20,000 transactions per minute) • Performing and maintaining zero-downtime database migrations (seamless migrations) • Proactive identification and resolution of database-related issues and performance bottlenecks • Collaboration with the development team to address tasks related to database architecture and query optimization • Configuration and maintenance of database PostgreSQL infrastructure in AWS (RDS, Aurora), managed through Terraform • Participation in database architecture optimization, performance tuning, bottleneck analysis, and proposing improvements • Handling tasks related to incident and performance management; participation in new projects and services involving databases • Active involvement in the development process: taking initiative to identify issues and propose tasks, not just handling incoming tickets

• Work directly with the Performance team to map, automate, and migrate business processes using n8n and Retool • Build and maintain internal admin interfaces used by non-technical stakeholders across the team • Design relational data models and write complex SQL queries to support operational and analytical needs • Automate business processes end-to-end using n8n: design workflows, handle edge cases, and maintain reliability over time • Build and improve internal interfaces on Retool or equivalent platforms to serve internal users without engineering support • Design and manage relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL); write and optimize complex queries for data extraction and reporting • Identify bottlenecks in current manual or semi-automated processes and propose practical solutions • Collaborate with English-speaking stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into working tools

• Own and develop internal platforms and tools for operational teams. • Analyze user journeys and identify opportunities to improve operational processes. • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and validate product hypotheses with internal users. • Define product requirements, prioritize the backlog, and drive roadmap execution. • Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to deliver impactful product improvements. • Launch pilot initiatives, measure results, and scale successful solutions across the organization. • Measure the impact of product changes on operational efficiency and team productivity. • Contribute to the development of key internal products, including Agent App, workforce planning solutions, and other operational platforms.

• Drive Salmon's move from a vendor-controlled SaaS processing model to a licensed, Salmon-owned processing platform • Own delivery from vendor selection through certification and production, starting with ATM acquiring. • Join the Acquiring Platform team to stand up licensed processing services, starting with Phase 1 ATM acquiring and extending toward POS and e-commerce acquiring. • Work across the full integration landscape — processing platform, ATM middleware, HSM/RKL, Visa and BancNet acquiring, anti-fraud, core banking, and internal card systems on AWS/EKS. • Sit at the center of acquiring engineering, infrastructure, security and compliance, payment schemes, and the external processing vendor. • Own delivery of the licensed acquiring processing platform end-to-end, from scope definition to production readiness. • Translate business, scheme, compliance, and operational requirements into clear technical requirements, Jira tasks, and documentation. • Drive API and ISO 8583 integration design — message flows, error handling, reversals, reconciliation, monitoring, and operational processes. • Manage external provider delivery: scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, acceptance criteria, UAT, certification, and release planning. • Coordinate developers, QA, infrastructure, security, compliance, and operations from business request through production release. • Support incident analysis, production readiness, monitoring setup, and post-release stabilization. • Maintain the implementation roadmap, critical-path tracking, and decision and risk logs for stakeholders.

• Design new features for card services to support product growth and improve operations • Prepare clear and structured documentation for developers • Design APIs and system integrations from scratch and improve existing ones • Design new services and enhance current ones • Build and manage integrations with internal teams and external providers • Take full responsibility for tasks from business request to production release • Work closely with different teams on process discussion • Set tasks for developers and QA engineers (Jira, Confluence) • Initiate and manage release process • Monitor service performance after release and handle incidents in production

• Own the PCI-DSS program end to end as a service provider: scoping, gap assessment, remediation, certification, and annual maintenance • Define and minimize the cardholder data environment; drive segmentation and scope reduction with engineering and infrastructure • Manage the QSA relationship: scoping workshops, evidence packages, assessment, and findings • Keep the certification live between audits: quarterly requirements, ongoing evidence, control monitoring • Turn PCI and other framework requirements into concrete technical and organizational solutions, working directly with engineering and infrastructure teams • Distinguish between a control that exists on paper and one that actually works, and insist on the latter • Design the processes and evidence flows that keep controls satisfied without constant manual effort • Lead internal and external audits: scope, evidence, finding responses, closure • Build and maintain an evidence base that supports continuous readiness across PCI, ISO 27001, and BSP • Coordinate the ISO 27001 surveillance cycle • Bring structure and ownership to the wider compliance and risk program • Maintain the risk register as a working document and drive treatment with system owners • Run vendor security assessments and track third-party compliance obligations • Report compliance posture clearly to leadership and governance committees

• You'll own application security across our mobile banking platform, payments stack, and a growing set of regulated products • Conduct a threat modeling, security reviews, CI/CD tooling - with real process ownership • Report to the Group CISO and work closely with both our engineering teams and the Bank IS function • Identify which systems, data flows, and product changes carry the highest real-world risk and build your work around that • Decide when a security gate is worth slowing down a release and when it isn't • Maintain a risk register for application-layer exposures • Figure out where in our delivery process security decisions are actually being made and put controls there • Run threat modeling for high-stakes product changes before design is locked • Build a mobile security testing baseline that the team runs themselves • Assess what the current pipeline actually catches versus what it produces as noise, and fix the ratio before adding more scanners • Own supply chain posture and many additional responsibilities related to security and compliance
