• Build and maintain data quality dashboards tracking freshness, completeness, validity, and consistency of client data • Write SQL queries to investigate data issues, produce reports, and support ad hoc analytical requests • Map regulatory requirements to data fields and monitor compliance through ongoing analytics • Set up and maintain alerts for data quality degradation and outdated client records • Analyze data flows between the mobile app and back-office systems to identify gaps and inconsistencies • Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams on data-related decisions
• Track and analyze delivery, open, and engagement rates across various communication channels • Monitor and report on communication costs; identify optimization opportunities • Develop and maintain frequency capping rules to prevent customer over-communication • Build a self-service tool enabling product teams to set up and manage communication campaigns independently • Support product teams with communication configuration until self-service tooling is in place
• Elicit, analyze, and formalize requirements for financial services and systems • Design logic for accounting processes - GL, postings, fees, products • Reverse-engineer existing solutions to find gaps and fix them • Prepare technical specs and task definitions for development teams • Work with finance, product, and IT stakeholders to align solutions • Control implementation: participate in testing and acceptance • Own tasks through to production release.
• Map and document end-to-end delivery processes (last-mile, card/document delivery, courier management, exception flows) • Translate operational and business requirements into structured product specifications: user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria • Work closely with product managers, tech leads, and operations to ensure requirements are complete, unambiguous, and implementable • Maintain and update process documentation as the platform evolves • Support UAT: prepare test cases, validate that built features match defined requirements • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; propose structured improvements • Assist in regulatory and compliance documentation where delivery operations intersect with BSP requirements
• Map and document how customer requests within Deposits and Daily Banking are handled (by agents or bots) • Create and maintain step-by-step flows and BPMN diagrams for core and edge cases • Ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance of all processes over time • Prepare the Customer Service team for new product launches, policy updates, and new tools within the Deposits and Daily Banking scope • Translate business and product changes into concrete CS actions (scripts, macros, workflows) • Build project plans, align with other teams, and ensure timely implementation • Proactively surface risks and blockers and work across teams to resolve them • Monitor whether requests are handled as designed • Track key metrics (handling time, satisfaction, process adherence, SLAs) • Identify root causes for deviations and address them with the relevant teams • Handle incidents and escalations within the deposits scope • Propose and drive changes to simplify or improve customer processes • Sync with Business, Product, Training, and QA to ensure alignment • Collaborate with Data Analysts to measure the impact of improvements • Coordinate across CS, Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and other departments on the deposit customer journey
• You'll own quality in the Accounting domain — a growing area with no dedicated QA today. • You'll cover new functionality and regression, reduce production risks, and build automated test coverage for critical financial flows. • Design, maintain, and execute test cases for Accounting services and integrations. • Perform manual and automated testing of critical accounting functionality. • Validate data integrity across APIs, messaging systems, databases, and file-based workflows. • Analyze test results, logs, and database records to identify defects and support investigations. • Work closely with Developers and DevOps to improve test automation tools and environments. • Contribute to test strategy and suggest improvements to QA and automation approach. • Report testing status, risks, and issues with clear visibility into quality for the team.
• Analyze and improve HR processes related to frontline employee populations • Work with business stakeholders to identify problems, define needs, and clarify priorities • Map current processes and identify gaps, manual work, inconsistencies, and automation opportunities • Prepare clear technical requirements and process documentation • Help improve and structure the current frontline employee database setup • Support automation initiatives in the backlog, including lifecycle-related HR processes • Work with the team to clean up data issues, investigate oddities, and improve process quality • Build and maintain project plans for the initiatives you own • Support implementation together with the internal engineering team • Contribute to HR analytics and reporting where needed
• Build, tune, and operate voice agents on top of ElevenLabs - conversational TTS, voice agents, and call hooks for real customer interactions, mostly in Filipino (Tagalog) • Design prompts and dialog flows for voice scenarios such as collections outreach, payment reminders, and customer support - primarily in Filipino, with English mixed in as customers code-switch • Integrate voice agents with our existing AI stack (offline ASR, collection agent) and iterate based on real call outcomes • Evaluate agent behavior against labeled calls and business metrics - script compliance, intent handling, conversion, customer experience • Build reports and dashboards in Databricks to track voice pipeline performance, call quality, agent KPIs, and downstream business impact • Collaborate with the customer service and collections teams to translate business processes into voice automation • Own your products end-to-end - from prototyping a new voice flow through deployment, monitoring, and measuring its economic impact
• Plan, launch and analyze omnichannel marketing campaigns & in-store BTL activations for Product Loans and RCL (Revolving Credit Line) • Collaborate across multiple streams within the business unit (Product, Sales, KAMs, Operations, Analytics) to align initiatives • Work with well-known retail partners (like Crocs, Dyson, Wilson, etc.), to develop and execute outstanding collaborations • Manage in-store communications and marketing materials (POSm) • Ensure high-impact in-store visibility of Salmon through the partners’ retail network (6,000+ stores across the Philippines)
• Document and analyze end-to-end payment and settlement flows. • Define functional requirements for clearing and reconciliation systems. • Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure correctness of financial transactions. • Conduct acceptance testing with operations and finance teams. • Prepare and deliver demos of new solutions or enhancements. • Provide ongoing support and development for implemented solutions.
