Role Description The Home Equity Processor will be part of the talented Home Equity team. The Home Equity Processor plays an essential role in assisting members with their loan process to gain access to their funds as quickly as possible. This role plays an important part in providing best in class service to our members. Core Contributions - Responsible for the thorough review of loan documents provided by the members and 3rd party vendors to satisfy required conditions which includes income documents, title, and appraisal reports. - Daily communication with members to provide updates and expectations throughout the loan process. - Educate members on Home Equity products and assist members with all inquiries. - Utilize internal reports and dashboards to maintain required service levels and ensure all daily tasks are completed. - Work in collaboration with other team members in Home Equity and other business areas. - Prepare and participate in regular pipeline reviews with management to ensure daily tasks are met. - Assist with coverage for co-workers to maintain member communication and processes. - Additional job-related projects and duties as assigned by management. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED. - 2 years of experience in finance processing, preferred experience in real estate lending. - Experience analyzing personal and business tax returns and calculating variable income. - Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). • Oversee Scientific Operations activities and programs, including strategic annual planning. • Manage the budget, including tracking, analyzing, and reporting quarterly budget-to-forecast variances. • Provide strategic guidance on Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes. • Manage the publication vendor in the development and execution of strategic publications. • Ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines and regulations, including Fair Market Value (FMV) requirements and Sunshine Act reporting. • Partner closely to ensure appropriate resources are deployed to support clinical development studies.

• Own every product launch from brief to first sale on Amazon (for clients and for our own brands) • Coordinate across sourcing, catalog/listing, design, and PPC to ensure clean, on-time launches • Maintain a launch pipeline that's visible at all times (every active product has a status, blocker, next action, and owner) • Lead the supply chain team and own inventory forecasts and long-term stock planning • Lead the catalog management team and ensure listings are launched and maintained to high standards • Own the end-to-end Brand Builder client journey alongside the Operations Coordinator • Ensure consistent client comms (minimum 2x/week per active sourcing-phase client) in professional, clear English • Build and maintain dashboards covering product launch pipeline, inventory, and brand performance • Deploy AI and automation to measurably reduce manual ops work (target: 50% reduction in human time on supplier outreach, reporting, and status tracking within 6 months) • Run the weekly ops meeting without founder input (output: a clean status report founders read in 10 minutes) • Own ops-side hiring, onboarding, and performance management

Key Responsibilities - Coordinate post-closing activities to ensure timely and accurate file processing - Review, audit, and finalize loan files to meet compliance and secondary market requirements - Verify documents, signatures, and closing conditions; follow up on missing items - Record security instruments, process lien satisfactions, and maintain collateral records - Manage post-closing documents, including scanning, filing, and clearing recorded items - Maintain loan data integrity across systems (LOS & core servicing) - Support member and internal inquiries related to real estate loans - Assist with servicing tasks (payments, payoffs, escrow activity, and exceptions) - Complete investor delivery and sale transactions (servicing retained/released) - Process construction draws and maintain MERS/eVault records - Support QC reviews, GL balancing, and identify process improvements Qualifications - Minimum of three years' experience in a financial institution or customer service-related field is required. - Minimum of one year of mortgage experience is preferred. - Experience with real estate loans on the secondary market is desirable.
