• Manage the full campaign lifecycle across major media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.), from setup and structuring to daily optimization. • Implement market best practices in targeting, bidding strategies, creative formats, and conversion settings. • Ensure precise execution of tactical plans by managing pacing to ensure budget delivery and maximize results. • Propose and run A/B tests and experiments based on clear hypotheses, continuously seeking performance improvements. • Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs daily, translating raw data into actionable insights for optimization. • Develop and maintain clear, objective performance reports, communicating results and learnings to the internal team and, when necessary, to clients. • Provide first-line technical support for client inquiries, troubleshooting basic platform issues and ensuring data accuracy. • Keep team leadership informed about campaign progress, result projections, and optimization actions taken. • Actively collaborate with other team members to ensure the delivery of cohesive, high-quality work. • Serve as a point of support and reference for more junior analysts (associates), sharing knowledge and best practices. • Proactively seek knowledge and learning opportunities from other teams, participating in training and feedback sessions to accelerate professional development. • Participate in recruiting processes for internship positions, helping to identify and bring new talent into the team.

Job Requirements

  • Technical proficiency: Ability to accurately operate major digital media platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), applying configuration best practices.
  • Analytical reasoning: Ability to analyze campaign data to identify basic trends, extract learnings, and base optimizations on evidence.
  • Curiosity and proactivity: A genuine desire to learn, independently seek knowledge, and propose tests and improvements based on observations.
