Role Description We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead and oversee a strategic enterprise transformation initiative centered around the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and broader Microsoft business technologies across the organization. This role will serve as the executive-level leader responsible for governance, delivery oversight, cross-functional coordination, vendor management, business alignment, and successful execution of the ERP transformation program. The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading large-scale ERP and/or property management software implementations within the real estate industry, with strong capabilities across program management, operational transformation, stakeholder alignment, and enterprise technology delivery. Real estate industry expertise is critical for success in this role. What You Will Do - Lead the end-to-end ERP transformation program for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations - Establish and manage overall program governance, timelines, milestones, budgets, and delivery accountability - Drive strategic alignment between business operations, finance, property management, and technology teams - Develop and maintain executive-level program reporting, status updates, and risk management processes - Oversee implementation and optimization activities across ERP systems, property management platforms, financial operations, leasing operations, procurement workflows, and reporting & analytics - Partner with architects, developers, consultants, and business leaders to ensure successful solution delivery - Manage relationships with Microsoft partners, system integrators, third-party software vendors, and executive stakeholders - Lead steering committee meetings and implementation governance sessions - Drive organizational readiness, user adoption, and change management initiatives - Support post-go-live stabilization planning and long-term operational governance Qualifications - 10+ years of experience leading enterprise technology implementations or transformation programs - Proven experience leading ERP implementations, property management software implementations, or enterprise operational transformation initiatives - Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or comparable ERP platforms - Deep understanding of real estate operations and property management business processes - Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and vendors - Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience overseeing budgets, timelines, delivery governance, and implementation risk management - Experience within commercial real estate (CRE), property management, REITs, facilities management, or real estate operations organizations - Experience implementing or overseeing Yardi, MRI, Dynamics 365, property operations platforms, or financial systems - Experience with Microsoft ecosystem technologies, Power Platform, Azure integrations, and reporting initiatives - PMP, Agile, or related program management certifications preferred - Consulting or enterprise transformation leadership experience preferred Benefits - Competitive 401k plan - Generous PTO policy - Premium medical, dental, and vision coverage - Voluntary benefits for unexpected life events - Student loan assistance and stipends to assist with lifelong learning
