Senior Director, Provider Solutions

LifeStance Health

• Conduct a comprehensive Provider Experience Baseline Study— identifying top friction points and automation opportunities. • Partner with the AI and Product teams to pilot AI-assisted documentation and automated follow-up workflows. • Launch an integrated backlog with Engineering, establishing SLAs and clear ownership for top provider-impact items. • Act as one of the key product evangelists as the organization matures its SDLC and product development practices. • Deliver early wins in three areas: clinical documentation efficiency, operational workflow optimization, and telehealth performance. • Establish governance cadence, success metrics, and feedback loops for ongoing AI and workflow initiatives. • Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for AI-enabled clinician experience modernization. • Champion "voice of provider" feedback loops to ensure AI and technology solutions solve real frontline pain points. • Define and track KPIs: provider NPS, time-to-document, AI adoption rate, task automation coverage, and clinical system uptime. • Establish governance for provider-facing technology prioritization, with a balance of quick wins and strategic investments. • Partner with Clinical and Product leadership to co-design next-generation documentation, scheduling, and telehealth tools. • Build and lead a team focused on provider analytics, workflow design, and AI-enabled automation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of product management
  • At least 10 years of healthcare experience
  • At least 8 years of people management experience
  • At least 7 years of strategic leadership experience
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems including EMR, RCM, and call center technologies.
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and scalability initiatives.
  • Experience implementing AI or automation in operational workflows.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data, interoperability, and system integration.
  • Direct experience in leading full cycle product development from idea to production release and management.
  • Experience in building and scaling high-performance product teams within a large healthcare organization.
  • Skilled at translating user needs into actionable technology and process improvements.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
