Influencer/Partnership Manager

• Identify and recruit local influencers, streamers, creators and community partners across Instagram • Build and maintain a strong database of influencers within the assigned market • Negotiate partnership agreements including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid and fixed-fee models • Onboard influencers by providing tracking links, promo codes, landing pages and marketing assets • Manage day-to-day influencer relationships and campaign execution • Monitor campaign performance using KPIs including FTDs, deposits, CPA, ROI, NGR and player quality • Optimise existing partnerships and reactivate underperforming influencers • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Affiliate teams to improve campaign performance • Monitor competitor activity and identify emerging influencer trends within the local market • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and partnership opportunities • Ensure all promotional activities comply with local advertising regulations and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, Affiliate Management or KOL Management
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and influencer landscape
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on acquisition and performance metrics
  • Fluent in the local market language and good command of English
  • Experience within iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, Crypto Casino or Affiliate Marketing
  • Experience working with CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid partnership models
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, promo codes and landing page optimisation
  • Experience launching campaigns in regulated or emerging iGaming markets.
