• Accountable for the overall commercial and operational performance of a large, complex portfolio of approximately 17,000 MPANs • Provide end-to-end ownership of the customer relationship, ensuring both strong commercial outcomes and a consistently high standard of service delivery • Collaborate with a dedicated Account Executive, operating across a multi-functional team spanning billing, metering, onboarding, and customer service • Exercise oversight with the authority to influence priorities, coordinate delivery, and drive performance in line with agreed objectives • Operate in line with sales methodology, ensuring a structured and consistent approach to account management and stakeholder engagement

• The Channel Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through the development and management of strategic partnerships with Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs). • This position you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong commercial relationships, and promoting the company's products and services to both partners and customers. • Working closely with internal teams, the successful candidate will help deliver innovative solutions, expand market reach, and contribute directly to the achievement of commercial objectives.

• Drive growth and performance across the SME market by leading a high-impact broker sales strategy • Take ownership of a dynamic portfolio of broker relationships • Ensure partners understand and champion our value proposition • Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for brokers • Equip brokers with tools and insights for success • Proactively identify opportunities to maximize sales performance • Collaborate closely with internal teams to elevate underperforming partners • Support new product launches and maintain outstanding service standards • Drive pipeline growth, conversions, and long-term success while upholding governance, compliance, and customer care standards.

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for applications within the UK energy sector; • Take ownership of assigned tickets, ensuring technical accuracy and timely resolution of issue and service requests; • Assess and triage incoming tickets and distribute to the appropriate team members; • Collaborate with business users, project managers, third parties and other stakeholders as required to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues; • Proactively manage incident, problem, and change requests; • Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent fixes to recurring issues, implementing them personally where possible; • Monitor, maintain, and optimise application performance and availability, minimising system downtime; • Ensure compliance with UK energy sector regulations and standards in all activities; • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and sector trends to propose innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
