• Accountable for the overall commercial and operational performance of a large, complex portfolio of approximately 17,000 MPANs • Provide end-to-end ownership of the customer relationship, ensuring both strong commercial outcomes and a consistently high standard of service delivery • Collaborate with a dedicated Account Executive, operating across a multi-functional team spanning billing, metering, onboarding, and customer service • Exercise oversight with the authority to influence priorities, coordinate delivery, and drive performance in line with agreed objectives • Operate in line with sales methodology, ensuring a structured and consistent approach to account management and stakeholder engagement

Job Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing large, complex C&I energy accounts, balancing commercial objectives with operational delivery and customer outcomes
  • Strong expertise in complex energy products, services and bespoke contractual arrangements, including renewable energy solutions and non-standard commercial agreements
  • In-depth knowledge of the C&I energy market, including contract structures, pricing mechanisms, market dynamics and their commercial impact
  • Experience applying structured account management and sales methodologies to drive strategic account planning, stakeholder engagement, opportunity development and long-term customer value

Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and strategic VP of Strategic Partnerships to build and scale a channel-led go-to-market motion.
