Role Description JST is currently seeking a Vice President of Growth to support our central team. This executive leader will drive revenue growth by: - Identifying new market opportunities - Expanding strategic partnerships - Leading business development initiatives - Overseeing capture and proposal efforts The VP of Growth works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and delivery teams to build a sustainable pipeline and achieve long-term business objectives. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, government contracting, or growth leadership. - Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies for small businesses. - Strong knowledge of federal government procurement processes. - Experience with contract vehicles such as GSA Schedules, IDIQs, BPAs, and GWACs. - Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level customer and partner relationships. - Strong understanding of capture management and proposal development. - Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex sales cycles. - Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills. - Ability to travel as needed.
