Role Description VirtueStaff is seeking a versatile and technically skilled Landscape Designer to support our client's design pipeline and daily operations. In this role, you will split your time between creative design development and essential business administration. - Assist with landscape architecture design workflows, reading technical site plans and executing precise modifications using CAD and SketchUp. - Analyze project plans to calculate material, labor, and scope requirements to formulate accurate project bids and estimates. - Coordinate, track, and dispatch work orders to ensure seamless transition from the design phase to field execution. - Act as a professional liaison for clients and vendors, answering incoming calls, managing inquiries, and nurturing long-term relationships. - Maintain real-time project updates, client communication logs, and sales pipelines within our LMN CRM platform. Qualifications - Proven professional experience working within the landscape design, landscape architecture, or design-build industries. - Absolute ability to fluidly read blueprints, construction documents, and landscape schematics. - Excellent customer service skills with confidence handling both high-end residential/commercial clients and trade vendors. - Hands-on experience creating or modifying models and construction documents in AutoCAD and SketchUp. - Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel for estimation/data tracking). - Prior experience with LMN (Landscape Management Network) is highly preferred; experience with similar construction/landscape platforms (e.g., Aspire, Jobber) is acceptable.
