Role Description - Lead hiring for a wide range of roles, focusing on industry-specific roles such as Commercial (Sales, Account Management, Operations), Marketing, Product, and other Corporate/Support functions. - Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies with a focus on Germany, with some international exposure. - Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align hiring plans with business goals and challenges, acting as a trusted advisor. - Own end-to-end recruitment: job scoping, sourcing, assessment, interview processes, and offers. - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company's culture and values. - Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. - Support improvements to recruitment processes, driving innovation and efficiency. - Help reduce agency reliance and optimize time-to-hire. - Maintain ATS accuracy and deliver regular recruitment reporting.
