Head of Marketing

Bookboost

• Define and execute Bookboost’s marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, and communications • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team • Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product to align go-to-market strategy • Own the marketing budget and optimise spend for impact and scalability • Drive measurable contribution to the sales pipeline through multi-channel campaigns • Manage lead generation and nurture flows in HubSpot • Experiment, analyse, and iterate to increase MQL and SQL conversion • Build ABM and event strategies tailored to regional markets • Personally execute core channels when needed: content production, on-page SEO, basic technical SEO hygiene, HubSpot workflows, and paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and retargeting) • Stand up lightweight measurement for these channels to prove ROI quickly before scaling with hires or partners • Strengthen Bookboost’s brand voice, visual identity, and market presence • Create thought leadership content that positions Bookboost as the hospitality tech innovator • Oversee PR, website, and social storytelling • Lead go-to-market launches for new products and integrations • Partner with resellers and integration partners to develop joint marketing initiatives • Set and track KPIs across all marketing activities • Report performance metrics and insights to leadership with clarity and actionability

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in hospitality or CRM tech
  • Proven success leading a marketing function with tangible commercial impact
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, HubSpot, and campaign analytics
  • Excellent communicator, able to blend creativity with data-driven precision
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end
  • Strong working knowledge of content marketing, SEO, HubSpot, and paid media
  • Experienced managing freelancers and agencies: can brief well, set KPIs, QA output, and spot red flags or low-value work
