En lien avec les élus et le Président du C.C.A.S. et sous l'autorité du Directeur Général des Services, vous participerez à la définition et la mise en œuvre des orientations stratégiques en matière d’actions sociales dans le cadre du Centre Communal d’Action Sociale. - Définir les orientations stratégiques en matière d’actions sociales - Organiser, mettre en œuvre et évaluer la politique sociale sur le territoire de la commune et en tirer des bilans périodiques - Produire et structurer l’analyse des besoins sociaux de la population - Etablir et mettre en œuvre des partenariats avec les référents institutionnels et associatifs du territoire - Assurer le management stratégique des directions du secteur - Animer, coordonner les équipes du Pôle, et favoriser la transversalité des actions - Assurer la gestion budgétaire et administrative - Assurer la gestion administrative, sociale et financière du secteur - Constituer un appui technique pour la prise de décision des élus - Être le garant du caractère légal et réglementaire des actions engagées par le C.C.A.S. - Participer aux conseils d'administration du C.C.A.S. - Assurer et développer les liens entre le C.C.A.S. et les partenaires extérieurs (institutionnels, associatifs) - Installer une transversalité permanente entre les différents services du secteur, tout en développant les synergies - Proposer les stratégies d'action, impulser et coordonner l'activité opérationnelle des services en mobilisant les équipes des pôles et en optimisant les moyens - Gérer le personnel - Encadrer les Responsables de service - Être le garant d'un accompagnement social pertinent des publics reçus - Impulser une dynamique de réflexion et d’innovation en matière d’intervention sociale et médico-sociale Qualifications - Diplôme ou niveau requis : BTS Économie Sociale et Familiale (ESF), le BTS Services et Prestations des Secteurs Sanitaire et Social (SP3S) ou le DUT Carrières Sociales, avec expériences - Autonomie - Rigueur - Disponibilité - Qualité d’écoute - Force de proposition - Efficience et efficacité - Capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et d’écoute - Sens du travail en équipe - Aptitude à l’encadrement - Sens du Service Public - Dynamisme

Title: Director, Development (Los Angeles, CA) Location: Los Angeles Remote Department: Development Description The American Diabetes Association (ADA) is seeking an experienced fundraising professional who will supervise all aspects of a peer-to-peer event-based portfolio, including oversight of event revenue and donor & fundraiser development and engagement. This self-starting individual will be responsible for driving fundraising success for Step Out Walk and Corporate Partnerships in the Southern California area. To learn more about these events, search by State through this link: https://diabetes.org/events/calendar-events Primary duties of the Director of Development will include the development and management of existing and new teams, individual fundraisers, corporate partners, event leadership, and volunteers. This individual will identify new opportunities to grow the local peer-to-peer portfolio across all fundraising channels to increase revenue, including individual fundraisers, corporate partnerships, and event leadership. A successful candidate will manage and steward a portfolio of corporate & friends and family teams, individual participants, volunteers, and corporate leaders. This position is accountable for significant revenue targets and will influence the strategic implementation of local campaign initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a proven record of success in peer-to-peer fundraising, campaign management, and relationship development. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Fundraising and Relationship Building - Formulate, implement, and lead strategies and tactics for fundraising and development activities to sustain continued growth, maximum penetration of core market areas, and opportunities for expansion for assigned peer-to-peer portfolio. - Ability to manage and review daily campaign data through reports, dashboards, and revenue analysis identifying opportunities to capitalize on drive campaign revenue. - Regularly monitor the performance of a fundraising portfolio to ensure timely responsiveness to new registrants, recognize fundraising and recruitment milestones, and maximize retention. - Develops and executes plans for retention, upgrade, and acquisition (pipeline development) of applicable areas of business focus. - Data mining resulting in the identification and acquisition of participants, team captains, corporate partners, sponsors, event leadership, and community leaders. - Identifies and develops new business with both existing donors & constituents as well as new prospects and provides excellent relationship management. - Maintain accurate and complete records of donor interactions within systems and trackers. Ensure that contacts, next steps, and tasks are consistently and accurately captured in donor records and central files. - Track and report on progress, tactics, trends, financials, and other KPIs to analyze and determine success. - Provides frequent financial input including budget management, forecasts, and revenue reports. - Collaborate with an outstanding team of Field staff as well as the larger organization to ensure the campaign’s growth and success, discuss best practices, and share new ideas. Participant Experience & Events - In partnership with event production vendor and Development Management staff team lead, support peer-to-peer events including but not limited to recruitment, corporate kickoffs, Event Day, Awards Celebrations, etc., ensuring an extraordinary and consistent participant and donor experience. ADA has full-service event production support for most events. - Supports other fundraising events, activities, and programs as assigned. Volunteer Engagement - Builds and implements strategy to develop a pipeline of leaders, including the recruitment, management, and development of donors, volunteers, and committees. Provides leadership in building and implementing annual plans around volunteer leadership within fundraising programs and events. - Support the Executive Director in identifying and executing duties of the Event Chair. Comfortable with making six-figure asks to event leadership candidates. - Responsible for management of the Executive Leadership Team and Executive Challenge champions to drive significant revenue impact. - Identifies, builds, and stewards relationships with community, philanthropic, and corporate leaders as an integral part of volunteer and donor prospect development. Mission Integration - Identify and implement marketing opportunities, partnerships, influencers relationships, and other opportunities to increase ADA’s presence and awareness within assigned market territory that drive business goals. - Supports and maintains the vision, mission, priorities, and guiding principles of ADA.
