• Drive sales of photovoltaic and battery energy storage product lines in local market • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to contract close — delivering against annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue targets • Identify and develop relationships with project owners, distributors, EPCs, and system integrators across the country • Build a structured channel partner network to grow company's market coverage and brand presence • Manage and grow existing accounts with proactive, responsive support • Assist clients on product selection, technical queries, and project implementation • Drive repeat orders, upsell opportunities, and referrals • Lead all commercial engagements end-to-end — from proposal and quotation through to contract execution • Track local and broader European solar/BESS market dynamics, competitor activity, policy changes, and pricing trends

Payroll Specialist, EMEA – 6-Month Fixed-Term Contractor

• Process payroll for countries across Europe, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. • Review, check, and approve salary registers for the European region, ensuring payroll data aligns with country-specific rules and regulations. • Generate invoices within the HRIS system based on payroll data and promptly share them with clients. • Address client queries related to payroll and invoicing, providing clear and accurate guidance regarding European payroll processes. • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve and build payroll processes for the region, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to local requirements. • Keep up-to-date with region employment tax regulations and laws, applying this knowledge to ensure compliant payroll processing.
• Responsible for on-site commissioning of medium voltage variable frequency drives (VFDs) in Russian region; capable of independently resolving complex technical issues. • Collaborate with the Russian sales team to conduct technical discussions, prepare proposals, and present products to drive project conversion. • Cover medium- and low-voltage VFD product lines, providing end-to-end technical support (both pre-sales and post-sales). • Provide remote technical support for the South Africa and Egypt regions, ensuring high-quality service for overseas customers.
• You'll own the legal function day to day — hands-on, pragmatic, and commercially minded. • Work directly with leadership on a broad mandate: keep deals moving, protect the business, and use good judgment about what to handle in-house versus when to bring in outside counsel. • Start as the sole senior legal hire and build out the legal function as the company grows. • Lead commercial contracting — customer agreements, MSAs, DPAs, and vendor, partner, contractor, and consulting agreements — with fast turnaround. • Manage disputes and demand letters — assess exposure, set strategy, and coordinate with outside counsel and insurers. • Handle corporate matters — the insurance program (D&O/E&O renewals and claims), corporate governance, entity management, and support for financing or M&A activity as it arises. • Coordinate employment law matters across the US, UK, Canada, and other jurisdictions with international contractors.
