• supporting Teach For All network partner organizations in Asia Pacific with their local alumni strategies through high quality coaching and consulting; fostering peer learning; and developing resources and training to support their organisational work and impact with alumni. • driving Teach For All’s strategy to strengthen alumni leadership and connectedness in the Asia Pacific region through devising new programs which develop alumni leadership directly, foster their connectivity and peer learning, and enable their growth as leaders as they learn from and support one another towards greater impact. • Part of Teach For All’s Global Alumni Leadership Team, with counterparts in other regions to spread learning and innovation across regions. • Collaborate with Teach For All’s Asia Pacific regional team and Functional Area specialists to diagnose and constantly re-evaluate the needs and strengths of partners to determine and deliver the most appropriate support strategies and capture and share innovations and learnings. • Establish strong, trust-based relationships with Heads of Program and Heads of Alumni in Asia Pacific, engaging regularly to understand their unique challenges, successes, and areas of growth. • Work in close partnership with specialists across and beyond Teach For All to remain at the forefront of the latest network knowledge and insights about developing collective leadership through the recruitment, selection, placement and training of leaders, contributing new insights as you come across them, and developing shared learning experiences. • Manage alumni data and share insights (based on your diagnosis of a partners’ needs and priorities) through various mediums including facilitating learning experiences, workshops, newsletters and online platforms, driving learning and engagement amongst Heads of Alumni and Heads of Program. • Manage a robust learning community between Heads of Alumni in Asia Pacific which facilitates peer learning, information exchange, peer support, collaboration between them to accelerate their local efforts. • Provide personalized coaching and consulting to Heads of Alumni and other Senior Leaders, leveraging your expertise to address specific challenges and enhance the effectiveness of their alumni impact strategies. • Influence Chief Program Officers and network partner CEOs, in close partnership with the regional team, to build momentum for alumni support outside of the Head of Alumni role, and collaborate with others to execute high quality cross-functional support and learning across many senior stakeholders to ensure alumni strategy and support is a priority for network partners in the region. • Proactively build strong, credible relationships with alumni leaders to understand their unique challenges, successes, and areas of growth. You will be the Teach For All “point person” for alumni to field their requests and ideas, and the ‘go-to’ for Teach For All staff with questions about alumni in the region. • Partner with the Asia Pacific regional team, network CEOs and Heads of Alumni to create and execute programs to accelerate alumni leadership and connectivity at the regional level. • Coordinate small groups of alumni volunteers to leverage their energy and skills towards our goals. • Manage a vibrant online community of alumni on WhatsApp to foster their connectivity, learning and to share opportunities for leadership development. • Manage applications from the Asia Pacific region to Teach For All’s Communities & Connections Fund to enable alumni to self-organize regional virtual and in-person learning exchanges. • Capture and share stories of alumni leadership and impact to inspire and motivate others and demonstrate progress in the region.

• To advance Teach For All’s 25-year vision, we are seeking a strategic AI leader developer to join our Technology & Innovation team and work globally to identify and implement transformative technology solutions to accelerate the impact of our global network. • This role will work across the network with partners or groups of partners in order to identify and deliver transformative AI-forward technology products to accelerate network impact, as well as internally across the global organization to increase efficiency and effectiveness of our work. • The successful candidate will also be responsible for helping build and cultivate a community of technology enthusiasts across the network made up of network staff members, fellows and alumni who will contribute to these projects. • The Technology & Innovation Team provides thought-leadership and solutions as well as foundational support in the use of technology to unlock potential and accelerate impact across the organization and the global network. • You will play a key role in this work. • Identifying and delivering key AI-forward technologies for network partners to support their work. These may include tools for common needs across the network – classroom data collection, professional development of fellows, scheduling and management of Assessment Centers (where teaching fellows are selected) or new platforms (connectivity tools, online learning) - which are identified and scoped in partnership with our network partners. Position Summary We’re seeking an Online Community Manager to advance Teach For All’s 25-year vision by growing the AI Literacy & Creator Collective (AI LCC), a rapidly expanding global community of 63 countries and thousands of pioneering educators. You’ll foster meaningful peer-to-peer learning experiences across social platforms including WhatsApp, connecting educators across cultures, languages, and time zones. About the Team The Global Partnerships and Resources team fosters partnerships and resources in priority areas that enable our network to learn from and contribute to the global education community in order to catalyze progress towards our vision. Our Initiatives sub-team focuses on Climate Education, Education in Emergency Contexts, AI and Educational Technology, Foundational Learning, Future of Work (including STEAM, career readiness and financial literacy), Girls Education, Inclusive Education and Student Voice. Our Subgrants Programs sub-team enables global donors to support our network partners and manages the processes to facilitate a strong trust-based grantmaking program and meet donor requirements. This role sits on the AI and Educational Technology Initiative Team, reporting to the Global Head of AI and Educational Technology. Key Responsibilities: Community Facilitation & Growth - Build Peer-to-Peer Learning: Design and moderate structured "learning circles" within the community where educators can share AI prompts, lesson plans, and case studies across different languages and contexts. - Identify & Support Power-Users: Spot emerging leaders within the WhatsApp/Telegram groups and provide them with the tools and "social capital" to lead their own sub-chapters or specialized interest groups. - Expand Our Community: Guide the growth and evolution of community spaces from WhatsApp into more robust platforms (like Discord or a custom Teach For All platform) while keeping engagement high and maintaining the community’s welcoming culture. - Cultural & Linguistic Bridge-Building: Foster an inclusive global community by ensuring content and discussions are accessible and welcoming to educators across all time zones, languages, and regions, actively building bridges across cultures. AI Integration & Innovation - Experiment with AI Tools: Experiment with and implement AI-driven tools (including the creation and use of GEMS and/or artifacts) ) to help summarize high-volume chat threads, translate discussions in real-time, or provide instant resources to community members. - Share Community Feedback: Aggregate community insights and "pain points" regarding AI tools to inform the AI and EdTech team’s broader strategy and product development. - Lead Ethical Conversations: Facilitate ongoing dialogues about the ethical implications of AI, ensuring the community remains a safe space for discussing data privacy, bias, and responsible adoption. • You will help launch new leadership initiatives and scale successful efforts globally, including across the Asia-Pacific region. • Co-designing a new Transforming Systems Fellowship bringing together rising policy and political leaders in positions of influence within their education systems • Coaching senior leaders in peer learning groups to deepen leadership practice and collective impact • Contributing to a pioneering set of programs that develop inner leadership for system change among individuals and teams • Co-designing and facilitating workshops through the Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future to grow the leadership of thousands of educators and system leaders worldwide • Partnering with teams across the global network to diagnose leadership needs of key stakeholders (e.g., CEOs, senior leaders, managers, teachers, alumni) • Co-designing the vision and scope for new leadership development programs and facilitating learning experiences • Coaching senior leaders and leadership teams • Leading project teams to manage leadership initiatives from idea to execution (e.g., design, communications, marketing, enrollment, delivery, measurement) • Building strategic partnerships with external partners to co-create flagship programs • Capturing impact data and stories to support learning and continuous improvement • Contributing ideas to inform the broader strategy of the Global Leadership Accelerator.

• Lead operational strategy and execution for Rising Generation, with end-to-end responsibility for designing, evolving, and overseeing the systems, processes, and resources that enable the initiative to deliver on its strategic priorities. • Own cross-team coordination and systems alignment across Rising Generation and the broader Teach For All ecosystem by serving as a strategic partner to Rising Generation’s three strategy leads. • Steward the execution of Rising Generation’s communications and storytelling infrastructure in close partnership with Teach For All communications, media, branding, and development teams. • Manage the operations for the Rising Generation Collective, including owning communications, data, and membership systems, and ensuring a high-quality experience across all in-person and virtual touchpoints. • Contribute to experimentation and action in the U.S. by supporting key strategies for several of the interconnected priorities listed above.
