Role Description - Account Management - Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing customer accounts - Conduct regular scheduled client visits according to a call cycle - Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve queries, and handle complaints promptly - Process orders accurately and follow up on deliveries - New Business Development - Identify and prospect new clients within assigned territory - Convert leads into active trading accounts - Present product range and negotiate pricing within approved margins - Sales Performance - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and budgets - Monitor own sales performance against KPIs and take corrective action - Manage and reduce outstanding debtors within the customer portfolio - Market Intelligence - Report on competitor activity, pricing, and product offerings - Identify market trends and opportunities within the territory - Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product gaps - Administration & Reporting - Submit daily activity logs on GeoRep and make use of Dashboard - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records - Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and forecasts - Manage travel claims and expenses per company policy - Product Knowledge - Maintain thorough knowledge of the C&B Filtration product range - Provide basic technical guidance on product application and fitment - Attend product training sessions as required - Authority - Quote pricing within approved discount structures - Open new customer accounts (subject to credit approval) - Manage own daily schedule and call cycle within territory guidelines Qualifications - Valid Code 08 driver's licence - Willingness to travel and spend nights away from home - Product knowledge in filtration / automotive aftermarket - Understanding of sales processes and CRM systems - Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, reporting) - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Effective negotiation and closing ability - Good time management and planning - Resilient and target-driven - Professional presentation and communication Package & Remuneration To be discussed

Role Description The Strategic Account Manager role on the Enterprise team at mPulse is built for the consultative, executive-comfortable account manager who wants to go deep with a small number of meaningful clients. You will own a portfolio of the largest health plans in our book — holding the day-to-day relationships, building the strategic plans, and quarterbacking the broader mPulse team behind each account. What You'll Do - Account Ownership: Serve as the primary, dedicated owner of a small Enterprise account portfolio. Be the single point of accountability for each client's experience with mPulse. - Executive Relationship Management: Build and hold relationships with director-level and above stakeholders. Earn time with C-suite stakeholders for strategic and renewal conversations. - Mutual Success Planning: Co-author and maintain Mutual Success Plans with each client. Drive measurable outcomes against shared goals. - EBR & QBR Excellence: Lead the design and delivery of executive-grade EBRs and QBRs. Lead the renewal motion in partnership with the Manager / Senior Manager. - Voice of the Customer: Synthesize client insights and bring them back to Product and Marketing in actionable form. Qualifications - 7+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales experience, with at least 3 years owning enterprise accounts in SaaS or healthcare technology. - Demonstrated track record of growing and retaining $1M+ ARR accounts. - Healthcare industry knowledge — health plans (MA, Medicaid, Commercial), CMS programs, Stars / HEDIS — strongly preferred. - Executive presence and credibility with senior client stakeholders. - Strong account planning, EBR design, and consultative engagement skills. - Bachelor's degree required. Role Description Humane World for Animals, a global leader in animal advocacy and protection, is seeking one part-time Companion Animal Policy intern for the Companion Animals department. As a Companion Animal Policy intern, you will gain experience researching and performing outreach to support ongoing companion animal policy campaigns, with a focus on cat protection issues. The intern will also learn about companion animal advocacy and how it intersects with public policy. This internship is 12 weeks long, beginning in September and working remotely approximately 120 hours per week. Please submit a cover letter explaining your interest in companion animals and public policy. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled. You will be responsible for: - Attend and participate in regularly scheduled department meetings, as well as meetings focused on companion animal programs and policy, including cat-focused initiatives, with internal colleagues, external consultants, mentorship shelters, and coalition partners; - Assist with the creation of fact sheets, action alerts, testimony, letters to the editor, and other items as needed to support companion animal protection legislation; - Monitor news alerts for proposed changes to companion animal policies, research status, and follow-up as needed with advocates and/or policymakers; - Perform outreach to various segments of the companion animal protection community, including feline protection advocates and partners; - Spearhead one independent project that will culminate in a presentation to our department; - Complete knowledge building and professional development work, as assigned; Learning Opportunities: - Gain a deeper understanding of companion animal policy issues, including feline-related issues, and how they intersect with the issues of animal protection legislation and advocacy; - Develop structured mentor/mentee relationship(s) and network with other animal advocates; - Strengthening research, writing, networking, public speaking and presentation, data compilation, organizational and time management skills; - Learn how research supports policy work for companion animal issues, with applied examples from cat-focused campaigns; - Learn about Humane World’s major positions, programs, and mission. Qualifications - Must be able to work in the United States; - Must be at least 18 years of age; - Must have graduated high school; - Meets one of the following: - Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student of an accredited college or university; - High school or accredited college or university graduate who graduated within the last two years; - Service member with an honorable discharge within two years of leaving the military; - Previous experience in animal welfare preferred; - Strong desire to learn about companion animal issues in animal welfare; in particular, increasing veterinary access to care; - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; - Strong research, writing, and critical thinking skills; - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn; - Proficiency in Microsoft Word. Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 applications—particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint—and Airtable, helpful; - Attentive to detail with a commitment to accuracy; - Able to use discretion, keeping in mind the confidential nature of some aspects of the work; - Able to work well independently and use good judgment.
