• Perform electrical takeoffs for residential and commercial projects. • Creation of design and engineering documentation for electrical systems implementation in high end residences and light commercial applications • Understand design software (ideally AutoCAD, D-Tools, Planswift) • Deep understanding of electrical systems, NEC, load calculations, engineering circuits & distribution systems • Understand the built environment and phases of construction projects

• Creation of design and engineering documentation for low-voltage system implementation in high end residences • Understand design software (ideally CAD and or Revit) • Deep understanding of signal flow, networks, lighting/shading systems, and control systems • Understand the built environment and phases of construction projects

• Creation of design and engineering documentation for low-voltage system implementation in commercial applications • Understand design software (ideally D Tools, CAD and or Revit) • Deep understanding of signal flow, networks, AV, and control systems • Understand the built environment and phases of construction projects • Labor estimating, Building BOMs, and in-depth knowledge and ability to review and bid off of construction documents.

• You will play a key role in designing, developing, and documenting mechanical & plumbing systems for a variety of projects. • Close coordination with architects, interior designers, and engineering consultants. • Strong grasp of mechanical and plumbing design concepts is required. • Collaborate with internal members of the mechanical & plumbing design team.

• Research: Find businesses, organizations, & individuals to target list • Outreach: Email, phone, virtual meetings, events, in person • Relationships: build and maintain long lasting clients • Prepare: Meeting agendas, briefs, & materials ahead of client interactions • Meetings: Conduct and support sales meetings to educate potential clients on services • Create: Proposals & Support Agreements for clients • CRM: log all activity and keep up to date • Events: manage setup/teardown and represent Long Capture
