Site Lead – Commercial & International Projects
Leidos
• Coordinate all deployment activities, communications, and planning efforts directly with FAA and Leidos personnel. • Provide daily project status updates, including in-briefs/out-briefs, schedule status, material deliveries, subcontractor activities, and deployment progress. • Assist FAA Technical Operations (TO) personnel with deployment and certification of the ERAM Technical Refresh system following installation activities. • Maintain an on-site electronic deployment schedule for each ERAM location from General Acceptance (GA) through completion of contractor maintenance responsibilities. • Perform software installations, firmware upgrades, and other system maintenance activities. • Perform on-site maintenance in accordance with approved technical manuals and procedures. • Assist TO personnel with periodic maintenance and system certification following hardware maintenance activities. • Assist TO personnel with equipment relocation and certification following hardware relocation activities. • Provide technical expertise to local TO personnel during ERAM system maintenance activities, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and replacement of failed Line Replaceable Units (LRUs). • Assist with site spare equipment administration. • Maintain technical documentation, system data files, maintenance logs, and performance records. • Collaborate effectively across engineering, logistics, subcontractors, and FAA stakeholders to ensure successful site activation and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with 4+ years of professional experience; or a Master's degree with 2+ years of professional experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Public Trust Suitability determination.
- Must possess (or be able to obtain prior to deployment) a valid passport with sufficient validity to support international travel.
- Must be willing and able to deploy internationally to Kazakhstan for assignments of up to 90 consecutive days.
