Job Description

Senior Project Manager

BLACKCLOAK

• Build and manage detailed project plans across multiple simultaneous initiatives, including timelines, milestones, owners, and dependencies • Drive day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams, keeping workstreams on track and stakeholders aligned • Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and retrospectives - and follow through to ensure decisions translate into action • Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and scope changes before they become problems, with a proposed path forward • Maintain a clear, real-time view of project health across your portfolio and communicate it consistently to leadership • Partner with team leads to resource projects appropriately and flag capacity constraints early • Create and maintain the systems, templates, and processes that make project execution repeatable and scalable across the org • Translate ambiguous initiatives into structured plans with clear deliverables, owners, and timelines • Track and report on progress against organizational priorities, surfacing insights that help leadership make faster, better decisions

Job Requirements

  • 5–8 years of project management experience, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time and at scope
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail or momentum on any single workstream
  • Strong command of project management tools and methodologies - whether that's Agile, Waterfall, or a pragmatic mix of both
  • Experience building project infrastructure from scratch, not just inheriting existing processes
  • Exceptional ability to communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to both practitioners and senior leadership
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity - able to create structure and move forward without waiting for perfect information
  • A natural collaborator who can influence and align stakeholders across teams without direct authority
  • High accountability orientation - you follow up, follow through, and hold others to commitments without being a bottleneck
  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification a plus, but demonstrated execution track record matters more
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or a similarly technical domain

Benefits

  • 100% Remote Company, within the USA
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans with a 100% employer-paid monthly premium option for employees & 50% employer-paid monthly premiums for dependents.
  • Health Savings Account with company contribution for eligible medical plans.
  • Flexible Vacation Plan

  • 100% employer-paid Life, AD&D and Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance
