• Own end-to-end project management, including scope definition, due diligence, planning, execution, and closeout of projects tied to Yardi Voyager, CRM, EHR, P2P, and Maintenance IQ. • Partner with Operations, Property Accounting, and Clinical/CRM teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable project plans. • Coordinate with Yardi, third-party consultants, and vendors to execute implementations, system enhancements, and custom configurations. • Manage project budgets, track internal/external resource allocation, and provide updates to Finance and senior leadership. • Lead stakeholder meetings, status reporting, and communication of risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and data security standards during system implementations. • Drive change management efforts including training programs, user communications, and adoption strategies. • Oversee system testing, bug tracking, and resolution in partnership with technical teams. • Monitor ROI of project deliverables using KPIs, dashboards, and user feedback, ensuring projects deliver measurable business value. • Champion continuous improvement by standardizing processes, optimizing resident and operator journeys, and aligning workflows across modules. • Act as a trusted advisor and key point of coordination for the VP, WBS Operator Success, helping to set priorities and manage executive initiatives.

Role Description GovCIO is currently hiring for a Curriculum Design and Development Lead to join the Military to Civilian Readiness (M2CR) Transition Assistance Program (TAP) team. The selected candidate will provide contracted support to the Department of Veterans Affairs in support of VA’s interagency TAP mission, including: - Curriculum development - Revision - Validation - Training support - Instructional design - Evaluation - Coordination with Government stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts The Curriculum Design and Development Lead will be a hands-on instructional design leader responsible for managing TAP curriculum projects and ensuring training products are accurate, engaging, accessible, and aligned to VA requirements. This role requires experience managing curriculum resources, development schedules, client expectations, and multi-modality training products in a dynamic, mission-focused environment. This position may include remote/offsite support, periodic support at VBA Central Office in Washington, DC or other VA facilities, and coordination with personnel supporting military installations worldwide.
